In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns of items will be accepted within 15 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

All warranties, if any, are offered directly by the manufacturer. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by R and B On Wings of Eagles, LLC. Diamond Pet Supply is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 15 days of receipt will be replaced when possible or refunded . Claims reported after 15 days of receipt for any manufactures defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Diamond Pet Supply at no charge. Any other repairs will be the responsiblity of the purchaser
SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS!!!
We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (In most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.
Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts. Most orders will be shipped via UPS Ground.
Methods of Payment
· We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. · US Postal Money Orders and checks should be made payable to our parent company R and B on Wings of Eagles LLC· We accept Paypal payments, however, please note that we will ONLY ship to your confirmed address with Paypal regardless of the destination address entered when you check out. Please do not make a paypal payment if you wish to ship to an alternate address. Orders are processed automatically to the confirmed Paypal address. · Please note, we do not return money orders or checks made out to the wrong payee. Please review your check or money order carefully so that it is made out to the correct payee-- R and B on Wings of Eagles LLC · If you are paying by money order, you should keep your receipt on hand until confirmation that your payment has been received. All payments must be in US funds.

TAXES
Diamond Pet Supply does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Florida! If you order within the state of Florida, you will be charged an additional 6.5% for sales tax.
BACKORDERS
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order
CANCELLATIONS
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email support@Diamondpetsupply.com to cancel an order.
